OperaStumbler

Everybody knows that StumbleUpon is the greatest FireFox extension out there. Since I have discovered it in the early days of FireFox, it allowed me to find hundreds of sites that I would normally have never noticed.

The only problem I had was the fact that for casual browsing I actually prefer to use the Opera browser. Opera did not have StumbleUpon. This was always a big problem and prevented me from using Opera as much as I would like. Opera browser is faster. It does not eat up tons of memory (biggest down side to FireFox), and it goes without saying is about 1 billion times better than IE.

Well, I am happy to say that the StumbleUpon is finally available on Opera! (*Rejoices*) You can download easy to install tool bar from the good people at OperaStumbler

I'm looking forward to stumbling away on my favorite browser!

Be warned that it involves handing your StumbleUpon login details over to a third party server, and all stumbling goes through that server. Only use if you're willing to take that security risk. There's a new StumbleUpon widget in development at http://my.opera.com/suopera that's designed to be safer.

Yes, I'm aware of that fact. I should have mentioned it in my post! I'm not very concern about that particular set of information as I have several stumble accounts. I can't wait for the Opera widget. For now this is an OK substitute.
